The XK200 is a benchtop CNC milling machine that delivers simple operation and exceptional structural rigidity and stability. Equipped with a high-performance 4-axis CNC milling system,it supports multi-language interface switching. An MPG manual pulse generator handwheel comes as standard equipment.
Constructed from high-grade cast iron,the machine adopts high-precision linear guides and ball screws, a semi-automatic lubrication system, as well as a fully enclosed, transparent interlocked safety cover. It is fitted with a variable-frequency water-cooled spindle motor capable of reaching a maximum speed of 24,000rpm.
AC 400W servo motors drive the X, Y and Z axes. An automatic tool setter and a fourth axis equipped with a harmonic reducer are offered as optional upgrades. This model is ideal for machining a wide range of difficult-to-cut materials, including aluminum alloys, brass, stainless steel and other hard metals.
